Return Policy

All guitars ship within 4 days of purchase via UPS. I do not ship internationally at this time.

I offer a 24-hour approval period beginning when your purchase is delivered, during this time you can return the guitar for a refund, as long as it remains in its original, as-sent condition, and in the original packaging. Guitars that ship more than 5 days after the sale date (due to customer request) are not eligible for return or refund. We do not offer refunds on items that are sold as projects or in as-is condition, this will be disclosed in the description.

I do not charge a restocking fee but any non-refundable payment processing fees, outbound shipping costs, and return shipping expenses will be subtracted from the refund amount if a return is made.
